I had placed an order for a bar rail consisting of an 8′ piece and a 4′ piece. The 4′ piece should have been a 6′ piece (my error). I caught the error the next day when I received a confirmation email regarding my order. I called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Paul and explained my dilemma. He immediately corrected the error and assured me that my order would be correct when it arrived. I received the order and it was perfect! I wish all business provide the customer service that your company has provided. Thank you again for everything.

I purchased the red oak rail to match the pattern of the bar. It is truly amazing how it completed the look of the top. It is always the first thing people notice. I was nervous about receiving a split 10′ piece, but the biscuit joint worked out great and you can hardly see the seam. Thanks so much for a great product.

Just wanted to send a few pics and big thanks for all the information you guys provided both on your site and over the phone. The walnut bar rail worked perfectly and added that extra detail to really set the project off. The detailed measurements and diagrams made the build up process a snap so when the bar rail arrived it just needed to be cut and attached. Also, the care taken in packaging the rail made sure it arrived undamaged.

I just wanted to thank you for including that extra inch on the bar rail a few weeks ago and let you know how it turned out.

When we went to install it, we had exactly 3/8″ to spare! We trimmed it up and it slid right in. It looks fantastic!

Also, all of the helpful hints on the website were greatly appreciated. By the time I got done reading/watching all of the instructions and related hints, I was fully prepared and didn’t encounter any nasty surprises. Frankly, it may have been one of the easiest parts of the project.

I am sanding things down now in preparation for staining.
