Hi there,

On March 21, I emailed you with some questions, and Paul quickly responded by phone.  My total bar length was 8’5” and the longest rail you sell is 8’10”. My math told me I’d have enough if I measured accurately and cut carefully.  Paul confirmed my math and gave me some very useful tips.  I decided to order with Paul right then and there.  I ordered the 8’10” rail and a 4’ section for the sides.  The rail arrived I perfect condition.

In addition to Paul’s advice, the online resources and video tutorials were very helpful. Today, I put the finishing touches on the finished bar, and I could not be happier.

We couldn’t be happier.  The bar rails and corners were perfect.  We have received a number of compliments on the workmanship.  It would not have been such a success without your products.

We watched your helpful videos and got familiar with what we needed to do. This was a challenging effort and took over two weeks to finish.  It was probably more difficult to design as we were fitting it to an already established area with granite counters and cabinets.  Patience prevailed!  The most difficult part of the project were the three round corners coming together. They fit and we are delighted with how it looks.

The only word I could use for my experience with Hardwood Inc is exceptional, not only my Oak 475 Chicago bar rail, the way it was packaged and a speedy delivery, not to mention it fit perfectly but also Paul’s customer service, very helpful, answered all my questions great person to work with. I’m not a great carpenter but hope you enjoy these pics.
