A gorgeous curved finishing touch to your bar featuring our BR475 bar rails!
Our BR475 bar rail radius corners come pre-trimmed and ready to install. All our radius corners are milled from a single piece of hardwood, and you can choose from poplar, oak, cherry, maple, mahogany, and walnut. Available in 6” or 12” stock sizes, these pieces add an extra bit of flair to L-shaped and U-shaped bars.

Note: All 90-degree radius corners are made with built-in straight extensions on both ends measuring ½”-1” long.

I purchased 30′ of #475BR and it was perfect. Clarified two topics by phone with great advice and no-hold / no-answering machines! Shipping and packaging were exceptional, I think they arrived in 2 days and were very well protected. Quarter-sawn red oak was perfect, my client was extremely pleased with the shape and smoothness. I’d definitely return to Hardwoods Inc for more premium components!

The materials are top notch. Customer service, is even better. I was scrolling on the internet for bar rails and this site kept popping up wherever I went. So I gave them a call. Got a voicemail. I didn’t leave a message. But almost immediately I got a call back from Paul M. on my cell. Had a nice conversation explained what hey had to offer, I went online the next day and got 16 feet of rail and radius corner. Built the sub top and final top to the specs provided with the documentation and watched the videos. The only problem (if its really a problem) was that I had a hard time keeping my friends, who were helping me, on track because they wanted to use the bar as soon as the top was laid. Pro tip – don’t let your friends use the bar for 2 hours before making the cuts on the corner! We prevailed and eventually got it perfect and the rail and corner just makes the bar that much more comfortable. Just wish we were as efficient as the guys in the video, but I suspect that wasn’t their first. Hardwoods Inc. is highly recommended. I am glad we decided to buy from them instead of a home center place.

Product looks great. It came with a nice sanded finish and joined well with the other rails. Product was great, instalation video was good. Although video understated the imputation of a good radius cut on the top and sub – top. If it isn’t accurate you’ll have a hard time getting out lined up with adjacent rails. But even if you are off a little a little sanding can fix it. End result is beautiful.

This was a great piece of machined woodwork! It mated to the straight rails perfectly. After gluing (3/8″ hardwood dowels for alignment), it only took a bit of light sanding before the rail was ready for finishing.
I was going to go with the straight rails and a miter but my dearest talked me into the radiused corner, I am sure glad she did, I love the results!

Was gonna just 45 the corners but really loved the rounded look. The mahogany grain and stripping on these two 12″×90 corners is stunning their solid pieces of wood no joints or glue.Linseed oil and urathane really brings it to life,
