I purchased 30′ of #475BR and it was perfect. Clarified two topics by phone with great advice and no-hold / no-answering machines! Shipping and packaging were exceptional, I think they arrived in 2 days and were very well protected. Quarter-sawn red oak was perfect, my client was extremely pleased with the shape and smoothness.
