At Hardwoods Incorporated, we take pride in carefully packing and shipping the bar-building products we make for you. Every order is inspected for quality and accuracy, then hand-packed with the utmost care. We value your business and handle each order, large or small, with the same caution and respect.
From bar top kits and bar rail moldings all the way down to our radius corners, we begin the packing process by protecting the ends with wood or cardboard safety bumpers.
Then, we attach instructions and a packing list, shrink-wrapping the entire piece in plastic.
To further protect your new purchase, we roll the item in cardboard and place it into a shipping box.
After we have the item packed in its shipping box, we re-verify the customer’s address and affix a shipping label to the box. We take a great deal of care to make sure each item reaches the proper destination.
Once the order is finished, the customer receives an “order complete” email from us and a quantum shipping notice from UPS. The UPS email contains tracking information so the customer can check on the shipment’s status.
We realize our customers want and sometimes need quick shipping. It is our aim to ship most orders within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on our website.
